Taking Glycomute 20 minutes before lunch stopped my afternoon crashes

I started taking Glycomute about three weeks ago, specifically targeting my midday meals. My main issue has always been a massive energy drop around 3 PM after eating a heavier lunch at the office. I take two capsules roughly twenty minutes before I eat. The capsules themselves are slightly larger than I expected, but they go down fine with a full glass of water. Since incorporating this into my routine, I have felt much more stable throughout the afternoon without needing that third cup of coffee. It took about four or five days of consistent use to really feel the leveling out effect, but now it is just a standard part of my workday schedule. I am eager to see how my fasting numbers look at my next routine checkup, but purely from a day-to-day energy standpoint, it is doing exactly what I needed.
